一、前言 沈阳重型机器厂七二年二季度开始试验应用七○砂,三年来共耗用四万多吨。用七○砂造型浇铸的最大铸件为毛重61吨的底座和73吨的砧座,并在较复杂的16万瓩水轮机转子上进行了试验和应用。从七五年二季度起铸钢车间已全部推广应用七○砂。通过几年来的生产实践证明,应用七○砂代替硅砂作铸钢件的造型材料是一项重大的工艺革命。应用七○砂
