本文叙述了用凝胶渗透色谱(下称GPC),多球粘度计,电子计算机测定和计算聚合物支化度的方法。解释了用聚合物原样的GPC谱图和特性粘数二者计算聚合物中支化度的公式,提出了用数字电子计算机计算支化度公式的计算方法。对一个三官能度无规支化的聚合物样品来说,只要准确测定样品的GPC淋洗曲线和特性粘度,就可以计算出四个支化参数:(1)平均支化度λ;(2)可以测得支化聚合物的临界分子量M;(3)支化点之间的平均分子量Mbp;(4)支化聚合物的重量百分数。用本文提出的方法计算了文献上发表过的数据,证明本方法是可靠的。
This article describes a method for the determination and calculation of polymer branching using gel permeation chromatography (GPC), a multi-ball viscometer, and an electronic computer. The formula for calculating the degree of branching in polymers using both the GPC as-is and the inherent viscosity of the polymer is explained. A calculation method for calculating the degree of branching using a digital computer is proposed. For a tri-functional randomly branched polymer sample, as long as the GPC rinse profile and intrinsic viscosity of the sample are accurately determined, four branch parameters can be calculated: (1) average degree of branching λ; (2 ) The critical molecular weight M of the branched polymer can be measured; (3) the average molecular weight Mbp between the branching points; (4) the weight percentage of the branched polymer. The method proposed in this paper has been calculated in the literature published data to prove that the method is reliable.
