以糖蜜为原料生产味精过程中钙的快速测定

本文拟定了用碳酸钠沉淀钙离子，ＥＤＴＡ容量法测定味精生产中各种物料中钙含量的分析方法。该分析方法的测定结果与原子吸收法测定结果一致，标准偏差在０．０１４～０．０２８之间，变异系数在１．１４～２．２６％，回收率在９６～１０３％范围内。

This paper developed a sodium carbonate precipitation calcium ion, EDTA volumetric method for the determination of MSG production of various materials in the analysis of calcium content. The results of this analytical method are consistent with the results of atomic absorption spectrometry. The standard deviation is between 0.014 and 0.028, the coefficient of variation is 1.14 ~ 2.26%, and the recovery is in the range of 96 ~ 103%.
