教师发展国际化是经济全球化背景下满足对国际化人才的需求。本文通过阐述高职院校教师发展国际化的内涵,分析高职院校教师发展国际化的现状及存在问题,提出从学校、教师层面的有效应对途径。
Internationalization of teacher development is to meet the needs of internationalized talents under the background of economic globalization. This paper expounds the connotation of the internationalization of teachers in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the internationalization of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward effective ways to deal with it from the perspective of schools and teachers.
