近几十年来,随着改革开放的不断深入,房地产企业发展迅速,我国被誉为“世界工厂”。这在为我国经济发展带来动力的同时,也为环境保护带来危机与负担。为了促进环境保护与经济发展的和谐共处,循环经济应运而生。本文通过对循环经济的分析,探索房地产企业会计在循环经济下发展的策略。
In recent decades, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, real estate enterprises have developed rapidly. Our country is reputed as “World Factory ”. While bringing vitality to our country’s economic development, this also brings about a crisis and a burden on environmental protection. In order to promote the harmonious coexistence of environmental protection and economic development, a recycling economy has emerged. Through the analysis of circular economy, this paper explores the strategy of real estate enterprise accounting under the development of circular economy.
