目的探讨精神科医生职业紧张与工作绩效关系以及心理资本在两者之间的中介作用。方法对辽宁省18所精神卫生中心的392名精神科医生进行职业紧张及工作绩效问卷调查。结果精神科医生的工作绩效总分为(78.09±10.85)分;工作绩效与职业紧张的外在付出和内在投入2个维度呈负相关,与回报维度呈正相关,工作绩效与心理资本呈正相关;职业紧张可解释工作绩效变异的12.3%,心理资本可解释20.8%。结论职业紧张和心理资本是工作绩效的重要预测变量,心理资本在职业紧张和工作绩效的关系中起到了部分中介作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress and job performance among psychiatrists and the intermediary role of psychological capital between the two. Methods A total of 392 psychiatrists in 18 mental health centers in Liaoning Province were surveyed about occupational stress and job performance. Results The overall performance score of psychiatrist was (78.09 ± 10.85) points. There was a negative correlation between job performance and job stress in external and internal investment, positively correlated with reward dimension, job performance and psychological capital. Occupational stress can account for 12.3% of variation in job performance and 20.8% for psychological capital. Conclusion Occupational stress and psychological capital are important predictors of job performance. Psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between occupational stress and job performance.
