Ninety patients with diabetic surgeries were enrolled from October 2015 to January 2017. Patients in the control group were randomized to receive routine care and prospective groups were enrolled in prospective operating room care. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the predictive group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of incision infection in the predictive group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The blood glucose level and heart rate of the predictive group were less fluctuated, P <0.05. CONCLUSION: Intraoperative nursing is effective in preventing postoperative wound infection in patients with diabetes mellitus, which can maintain stable intraoperative blood glucose and heart rate and reduce incisional infection.
