选择淮北地区两种土壤类型进行田间试验,研究氮素供应对强筋小麦的产量和品质的影响。结果表明,在一定的施氮范围内,施氮量与产量呈二次曲线关系,与品质呈直线相关关系。在对照产量为6092.15 kg hm-2的砂姜黑土,151kg hm-2的施氮量可获得最高产量7219.6 kg hm-2,蛋白质含量15.504%,湿面筋含量36.077%;174 kg hm-2的施氮量可获得最优品质,产量为7192.94 kg hm-2,蛋白质含量15.721%,湿面筋含量37.125%。对照产量为4457.4 kg hm-2的两合土,施氮量在174 kg hm-2时,可获得最优品质。经效益概算知,兼顾高产、优质、高效的施氮量是最优品质施氮量。
Field trials were conducted on two soil types in Huaibei to study the effects of nitrogen supply on the yield and quality of strong gluten wheat. The results showed that in a certain range of nitrogen application, the amount of nitrogen application and yield were quadratic curve, and the quality of a linear correlation. The highest yield of 7219.6 kg hm-2, protein content of 15.504%, wet gluten content of 36.077% and nitrogen application rate of 174 kg hm-2 of 151 kg hm-2 were obtained in shajiang black soil with a control yield of 6092.15 kg hm-2 The optimum nitrogen yield was obtained with yield of 7192.94 kg hm-2, protein content of 15.721% and wet gluten content of 37.125%. The best quality was obtained when the amount of nitrogen was 174 kg hm-2 in the control soil with the yield of 4457.4 kg hm-2. The estimated benefit through knowledge, taking into account the high yield, high quality and efficient nitrogen rate is the best quality nitrogen.
