SG75-3型绳索取心钻具用于有薄弱夹层岩体的工程地质钻探(也可用于破碎地层),该钻具的特点是用反弹卡装置进行悬挂,以减少水阻;单动性好;第三层管为1mm厚的钢质镀铬半合管,减少岩心堵塞,又将钻头厚度降到最小程度;水力推出半合管;能取到原状薄弱夹层;设计了灵敏而实用的遇夹层报信机构。试验表明,该钻具在钻进薄弱夹层岩体中,大大提高了钻探质量,为绳索取心用于浅孔工程地质复杂地层提供了新的有效途径。
SG75-3 Rope Coring Drill is used for engineering geological drilling of weak intercalated rock mass (also can be used for crushing formation). The drill is characterized by hanging with rebound card device to reduce water resistance. ; The third layer of pipe is 1mm thick steel chrome semi-pipe, to reduce the core plug, but also to minimize bit thickness; hydraulic launch of semi-co-pipe; can get the original weak intercalation; designed a sensitive and practical case of mezzanine mechanism. Experiments show that the drilling tool greatly improves the drilling quality in the drilling of the weak intercalated rock mass and provides a new effective way for the coring of the rope for the shallow-hole engineering geological complex formation.
