现阶段我国农民工总数已逾1.5亿,成为第二三产业的生力军,由此结成的农民工与民营业主间的劳资关系事实上已经成为我国重要的社会关系之一。因此,劳资关系是否和谐关系到和谐社会的构建。
At the present stage, the total number of migrant workers in our country has exceeded 150 million and has become a new force in the secondary industry. The labor relations between the migrant workers and the private owners thus formed have in fact become one of the important social relations in our country. Therefore, the relationship between labor and capital is harmonious to the construction of harmonious society.
