方法:采用本实驗室电泳法。血清用量0.01毫升,巴比妥緩冲液离子浓度0.075,pH8~6,电压300伏,电流强度0.4毫安/厘米(寬度),电泳时间6小时,偶氮胭脂红B染色,0.02N氢氧化鈉洗脫,530微米滤光板比色。选择对象:选择正常人男女各40人作为对照,住院结核病患者共76例,其中肺結核69例(重度33例,中度20例,轻度16例),肺外结核病患者7例(肋骨结核,結核性胸膜炎,結核性腹膜炎,淋巴結結核各1例,結核性脑膜炎3例),年龄17~60岁,均为男性。测定結果:正常人和不同病情的結核病患者在血清蛋白成分見表1。
Methods: The laboratory electrophoresis method. The amount of serum was 0.01 ml, the concentration of barbiturate buffer was 0.075, the pH was 8-6, the voltage was 300 V, the current density was 0.4 mA / cm (width), the electrophoresis time was 6 hours, azocarmine B staining and 0.02N hydroxide Sodium elution, 530 micron filter colorimetric. PARTICIPANTS: Forty-six patients with tuberculosis were enrolled in this study. Forty-six patients were hospitalized with tuberculosis, including 69 cases of tuberculosis (33 cases of severe, 20 cases of moderate and 16 cases of mild), 7 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis (rib tuberculosis, Tuberculous pleurisy, tuberculous peritonitis, lymph node tuberculosis in 1 case, 3 cases of tuberculous meningitis), aged 17 to 60 years were male. Determination results: normal and tuberculosis patients with different disease in the serum protein composition in Table 1.
