目前常用维生素 B_(12)来治疗贫血及肝炎病例,但引起过敏反应者,国內外报告较少,笔者曾遇见1例,特报告如下:患者郝××,女性,36岁,已婚,职业干部。因患胃溃疡及慢性肝炎已数年,近10天来,因旧病复发,不能坚持工作,于1964年1月2日来院求医。给于维生素 B_(12)0.1毫克肌肉注射(本品为国营上海第一制药厂出品,批号63—11—12—15—13)。注射后5分钟左右,患者即头昏,眼花,心慌气急,继之冷汗淋漓,神智模糊不清,四肢厥冷,烦躁不安,
