我是1987年6月接任厂长的。一年多的实践使我体会到,不会做思想政治工作,厂长是当不好的。在实际工作中,调动职工的积极性,大致有三种手段:即思想教育手段、行政手段和经济手段。实行厂长负责制以后,厂长拥有了人、财、物和奖惩等方面的权力。这是厂长做好思想政治工作的必要条件和优势。如何正确运用手中的权,充分发挥厂长做思想政治工作的优势,我的体会是:
I took over as director in June 1987. More than a year of practice made me realize that I would not do ideological and political work, the director is not good. How to correctly use the right in the hand and give full play to the factory director’s advantages in ideological and political work, my experience is:
