由中国设备维修学会重矿设备协作会召开的《金切机床精度诊断应用研讨会》于11月中旬在沪举行。上海重型机器厂等单位在会上介绍了卧车精诊;滚床差动链、分度链精诊;工件入放分析;主轴回转误差分析等经验,同时进行了现场演示。上重厂通过对机床运转的动态测试,对各种模拟量作数理分析,拿出能表明设备性能的“特征”参数,从而找出机床的内在故障,使机床的修理有的放矢,变过去的全拆全修的盲目性修理为针对性修理,不仅取得了很好的经济效果而且提高了修理质量。
