摩擦表面上的有规则的微观波形可提高摩擦副的耐磨性,因为它能可靠地保持润滑油和使润滑油沿摩擦表面均匀分布,而且在润滑油膜破坏后它能为恢复油膜创造良好的条件。本文介绍的摆线微观波形如图1所示,其刻划过程简单。在铣床上采用图2所示的刀杆,即能在平面上刻划这种微观波形。
Regular microscopic waveforms on the friction surface increase the abrasion resistance of the friction pair because it reliably holds the lubricant and distributes the lubricant evenly along the friction surface and it creates a good film for recovering the oil film after it has been destroyed condition. This article describes the cycloid micro-waveform shown in Figure 1, the process of its simple characterization. In the milling machine using the knife shown in Figure 2, that is, in the plane of such micro-waveform characterization.
