我认为要鼓励原创,还得从学校教育开始,目前中国有很多本科类院校校和专科类学校,以及中专职校都在跟风开办动漫专业。对于学校利益来说价值可观,但对于人才培养来说却并非立竿见影,毕竟专业性师资方面比较缺乏。对于这样的现状,我认为高校类动漫专业应该分工培养人才。本科类院校根据学生较强绘画功底,应该针对动画整个流程,培养全面性人才;而专科以及其他院校应该根据学生情况,专攻性培养人才。这样应对市场需求就会没有盲目性。
I think to encourage original, but also from the beginning of school education, there are many undergraduate colleges and specialist schools in China, as well as secondary vocational schools are to follow suit to open animation major. For the interests of the school is considerable, but for the training of personnel is not immediate, after all, the lack of professional teachers. For such a status quo, I think college animation professional division should cultivate talent. Undergraduate students based on strong teaching skills, animation should be directed at the entire process, to develop a comprehensive talent; and specialist colleges and other institutions should be based on student situations, specialized training personnel. This response to market demand will be no blindness.
