人们每时每刻都离不开数字,而数字的用法必须规范;对于科技期刊编辑工作者,正确使用数字尤为重要。国家语委等七部门1987年1月1日颁布的《关于出版物上数字用法的试行规定》(以下简称《试行规定》),历经九年实践,积累了丰富经验。根据国家技术监督局的建议,将该内容制定为国家标准 GB/T15835—1995《出版物上数字用法的规定》(以下简称《用法》);经国家技术监督局1995年12月13日批准、发布,并决定从1996年6月1日起实施。
