In order to solve the problem of out-of-school students from poor areas in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, the Customs Committee of the Ministry of Construction of Hulu Road established the Love Enterprise Confederation in September 2012. Over the past few years, member companies have grown to 165, entrepreneurial membership to 330 people.
