创新是我们时代最重要的精神,是企业最重要的动力,也是经济增长最重要的因素。因此,技术创新常常成为企业关注的焦点。但是,对于企业,比技术创新更重要的是管理的创新。道理很简单,技术可以交易,也即是可以转移的,但是,管理是组织的特征,是不可以转移的,除非你把整个企业购买。因此,管理的不断创新才是企业真正的并且是可以保持的竞争力。但是,对于一些企业,管理创新也许只是某个决策者一个偶然的灵感。然而,管理创新的过程必须是可控的,才能成为企业的持续的竞争力。广东省社会科学院企业管理与决策科学研究所所长林平凡研究员的新著《企业经营管理创新决策》正是在这个企业最重要的问题上,探讨企业
Innovation is the most important spirit of our times. It is the most important impetus for enterprises and also the most important factor for economic growth. Therefore, technological innovation has often become the focus of business. However, for business, more important than technological innovation is management innovation. The reason is simple, technology can be traded, that is, can be transferred, however, management is the characteristics of the organization can not be transferred unless you buy the entire enterprise. Therefore, the constant management innovation is the real and can maintain the competitiveness of enterprises. However, for some businesses, managing innovation may be just a chance inspiration by a single decision maker. However, the process of managing innovation must be manageable in order to be sustainable. Lin Pingfan, director of the Institute of Business Management and Decision Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, is a researcher in his new book, “Innovative Decision-making in Business Management”, which is about the most important issue in this business.
