In recent years, the infusion of blood and blood components in families, nursing homes, and poverty alleviation homes has attracted increasing interest. Although blood bank workers treat home blood transfusion as a way to improve patient services, they also recognize the accompanying problems such as safety, legality, and funding. Some hospital blood transfusion services leaders are concerned that providing home remedies may undermine the reputation of the hospital. Others are hesitant to cooperate with family treatment that is not under the jurisdiction of the hospital until the standard is announced.
