气候变化正在潜移默化地影响茶叶的品质。也许对于爱茶的人来说,只希望这不会影响普洱最精妙的苦涩味道以及迷人的红黑色泽。当人们已经普遍接受气候变化对于全球的影响,全世界街头关于气候变化的游行活动此起彼伏。但人们可能不知道的是,如果作物也能举着示威的牌子走上大街,那么它们或许真的就会这么做。气候变化影响到的不仅仅是人类,作物也同样深受其害。其中,首当其冲的就是茶叶。
