目的 研究抑癌基因 p1 6及Rb的表达与胆囊癌预后的关系。方法 用SP免疫组化法同步检测 41例胆囊癌患者抑癌基因 p1 6及Rb的蛋白表达。 结果 p1 6与Rb蛋白表达阳性组生存率明显优于阴性组。结论 p1 6及Rb在胆囊癌的预后判定中具有重要价值 ,同步检测两者的预后价值优于单一检测。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of tumor suppressor gene p16 and Rb and the prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of tumor suppressor gene p16 and Rb in 41 cases of gallbladder carcinoma. Results The survival rate of p16 and Rb protein positive group was significantly better than that of negative group. Conclusions p16 and Rb have important value in the prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. The prognostic value of both is superior to that of single detection.
