目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)气管炎症与细胞因子水平的变化规律。方法 测定 90例COPD患者急性加重期和缓解期及 30例健康人痰中白介素 8(IL 8)、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)、中性粒细胞髓过氧化物酶 (MPO)水平。结果 COPD患者急性加重期痰中IL 8、TNF α、MPO水平显著高于缓解期(P <0 .0 1) ;缓解期显著高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 IL 8、TNF α、MPO作为主要的炎性递质参与了气管炎症的全过程。
Objective To investigate the changes of bronchial inflammation and cytokines in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The levels of interleukin 8 (IL 8), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) in 90 patients with acute exacerbation and remission of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and 30 healthy people were measured. Results The levels of IL-8, TNF-α and MPO in sputum of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were significantly higher than those in remission (P <0.01), and were significantly higher in remission than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). Conclusion IL 8, TNFα and MPO are involved in the whole process of tracheal inflammation as the main inflammatory mediators.
