The development of chain businesses is a directional and major circulation reform under the socialist market economic system. It plays an important role and significance in effectively improving the organizational level of China’s circulation industry and the modernization of circulation. In late March, “a number of provinces and cities chain commercial symposium” ended in Shanghai. Participating in this symposium convened by the Ministry of Domestic Trade, the State Economic and Trade Commission, and the State Commission for Restructuring the National Economy includes the mayor of the 35 cities, the mayor of finance, the director of the Bureau of Commerce, the Director of Grain, and the director of the Economic and Trade Commission of some provinces and autonomous regions.
