河北省丰润县自1988年列入海河流域平原农业综合开发区以来,共改造中低产田13万亩,开垦宜农荒地1.35万亩,投入资金2500多万元,修建了一大批农业开发工程。其中灌溉主干渠5000米,支斗渠3100米,打机井1100眼,架高低压线8万米,新上变压器120台,铺设地下管道12万米,建设农田林网植树45万株。由于坚持了开发工程“建设与管理”并重的原则,加强了工程的管理和保护工作,工程完好率达到95％以上,使开发区工程建设一批、竣工一批、巩固一批,改造一片、成功一片。
