An export energy 5 MeV proton RFQ will be used as an injector for China Accelerator Driven System (ADS) verification device. Its operating frequency is 352 MHz, energy is injected at 80 keV and flow rate is 50 mA. The RFQ design method, beam dynamics simulation and error calculation are summarized.
