本文从研究Y形橡胶密封件在载荷作用下的应力场和位移场入手,为Y形密封件国标制定工作提供必要的依据。试件采用浇注型聚氨酯橡胶。分别用平面光弹性法测应力,用云纹法测位移,运用云纹——网格组合法(即应用具有拖带座标系的云纹栅)来测量有限变形时试件的位移场,能够集中云纹和网格二种方法的优点,值得进一步探索。试验结果表明,Y型密封件唇口结构是决定密封性能的主要因素,唇部是易损部位。
