对200名集训队优秀运动员高脂血症的发生率、脂质指标的特征和载脂蛋白基因多态的研究表明:运动员高脂血症的检出率为18%。举重和体操运动员的血浆TC、LDLC和ApoB平均水平显著高于其它项目运动员,而Apo AI低于其他项目。69名运动员ApoAI—CIII—AIV和ApoB基因多态分析,出现的S+和X+基因型的相对频率分别是0.167和0.065。具有S+基因型者血浆TG水平显著高于S-者;具有X+基因型者的血浆TC水平显著高X-者。运动员膳食具有高蛋白、高脂肪(高饱和脂肪酸)、低糖、高胆固醇和高钠等特点,可能会通过遗传和特殊的训练方式联合作用于运动员的脂代谢并可能形成高脂血症。
The study on the incidence of hyperlipidemia, the characteristics of lipid index and apolipoprotein gene polymorphism in elite athletes of 200 training teams showed that the detection rate of hyperlipidemia in athletes was 18%. The average levels of TC, LDLC and ApoB in weightlifes and gymnasts were significantly higher than those in other athletes, while Apo AI was lower than other items. 69 athletes ApoAI-CIII-AIV and ApoB gene polymorphism analysis, the occurrence of S + and X + genotype relative frequency was 0.167 and 0.065. Patients with S + genotype had significantly higher plasma TG levels than those with S- genotypes; those with X + genotype had significantly higher plasma TC levels. Athletes diet with high protein, high fat (high saturated fatty acids), low sugar, high cholesterol and high sodium and other characteristics, may be combined with genetic and special training methods for athletes in the lipid metabolism and may form hyperlipidemia.
