1病例报告患者男,68岁。因发作性左肩疼痛1个月,加重2 h入院。患者于1个月前在田间劳动时突然感到左肩部疼痛,活动不受限,约持续5 min后自行缓解。此后,上述症状不定期发作,无明显诱因,当地诊所诊断为左肩软组织损伤,间断给予布洛芬缓释胶囊、三七片等药物口服,外贴关节止痛膏控制症状。2 h前疼痛加重,同时伴有心悸、出冷汗,服上述药物症状无缓解,
