目的:观察微波及光疗法辅助治疗术后切口愈合不良的临床疗效。方法:选择术后切口愈合不良51例,随机分为观察组26例和对照组25例;对照组采用常规换药等方法治疗,观察组加用微波、激光、紫外线等治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组切口完全愈合天数(13.2±0.8)天,对照组(19.7±0.5)天;两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:微波及光疗法辅助治疗术后切口愈合不良,效果较好。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of microwave and light therapy adjuvant therapy for incision healing. Methods: Totally 51 cases of poor incision healing were randomly divided into observation group (n = 26) and control group (n = 25). The control group was treated by conventional dressing change. The observation group was treated with microwave, laser and ultraviolet rays. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: The wound healing time was 13.2 ± 0.8 days in the observation group and 19.7 ± 0.5 days in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Microwave and light therapy adjuvant therapy incision poor healing, the effect is better.
