目的探讨初三学生开展艾滋病防治知识健康教育课的效果。方法 2011年5月16~30日对深泽县所有初三学生开展艾滋病防治知识健康教育课,采用容量比例概率的抽样方法抽取248人进行课前、课后艾滋病基本知识知晓率问卷调查,调查知晓情况。问卷内容包括个人基本信息,艾滋病防治知识8条以及获得艾滋病知识信息的来源。应用Excel2007和PEMS3.1软件,采用卡方检验对课前课后艾滋病知识知晓率进行分析。结果课前调查248人,课后245人,知晓率由课前的49.19%提高至课后的99.18%(χ2=160.23,P<0.01),获得艾滋病知识信息的来源主要为电视、报刊,其次为疾控中心的宣传活动、学校教育,咨询服务、医生等渠道较少。结论初三学生即将毕业,有的学生要走向社会,对艾滋病知识知晓率偏低,对其开展健康教育课耗时少、费用低、见效快,是宣传艾滋病防治知识的一种非常有效的方法。
Objective To explore the effect of AIDS prevention and cure knowledge and health education for junior students. Methods From May 16 to May 30, 2011, HIV / AIDS knowledge and health education classes were conducted for all the third graders in Shenze County. 248 people were sampled by the sampling method with the capacity-proportion probability method. The questionnaire survey on the basic knowledge of HIV / AIDS awareness was conducted. Know the situation. The awareness rate increased from 49.19% before class to 99.18% after class (χ2 = 160.23, P <0.01). The sources of AIDS knowledge information mainly came from television, As CDC advocacy activities, there are fewer channels such as school education, counseling services and doctors. Conclusions The first three days of graduating students, some students to the community, awareness of AIDS is low, to carry out health education courses less time-consuming, low-cost, quick, is a very effective way to promote knowledge of AIDS prevention and control .
