本实验旨在①建立贯叶连翘(Hypericum perforatum)地上部分有效成分金丝桃素的提取和纯化方法;②研究贯叶连翘提取物对小鼠的镇静和催眠作用。 方法:贯叶连翘干燥地上部分粉碎后,依次用石油醚、二氯甲烷、50％乙醇提取。醇提部分减压浓缩后得到提取组分E(21.2％,w/w)。取E 2g经水溶解后,用水饱和的正丁醇萃取得到正丁醇提取组分B和水提取组
The purpose of this experiment was to establish a method for the extraction and purification of Hypericum perforatum, the effective ingredient of the aerial part of Hypericum perforatum, and to study the sedative and hypnotic effects of Hypericum perforatum extract on mice. METHODS: The dried aerial parts of Hypericum perforatum were crushed and then extracted with petroleum ether, dichloromethane and 50% ethanol in that order. The ethanol fraction was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain fraction E (21.2%, w/w). After dissolving E 2g in water and extracting with n-butanol saturated with water, n-butanol extraction component B and water extraction group are obtained.
