止消通脉宁系吕仁和老师治疗糖尿病肾病的经验方,临床有确切的疗效。为探讨其作用机理,我们观察了止消通脉宁对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏功能和形态的影响,现将结果报告如下。 材料与方法 材 料 1.动物 健康雄性纯种SD大鼠,体重180土sg,由北京市实验动物中心提供。 2.实验用药 止消通脉宁醇提剂由北京中医药大学中药学院制剂室制备,每ml合生药枪。链豚佐菌素(STZ)为美国Sigma公司产品。 方 法
Zhi Xiao Tong Tong Ning Li Renhe teacher’s experience in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, the clinical effect of the exact. To investigate its mechanism of action, we observed the effect of Zhixiao Tongmaining on renal function and morphology in experimental diabetic rats. The results are reported below.
