二冲程内燃机活塞环内圆面定位槽, 我厂是应用B665刨床工作台而上装一套刨定位槽夹具,进行加工获得的。由于以前刨定位槽工序放在精修口之前进行,装活塞环的套筒内圆,装有一片1.2mm定向塞片,按活塞环刨定位槽后开口端部径向广度的要求,定向塞片必须凸出内圆面0.5~0.7mm。为此加工的活塞环难以达到GB1149─82规定的对称度用尺寸误差标准要求,严重造成活塞环成品开口两端附近漏光。有时漏光数量达40~50%。后对工艺路线作了调整,将创定位槽工序放在精修开口之后,检查活塞环的定位槽,对称度及尺寸误差,得到改善,可是漏光单项废品率仍然很高。经仔细考察,分析,产生开口两端附近漏光主要原因;是刨定位槽的装环套简内国直径超过活塞环名义直径引起的,(我厂采用的定向塞片厚度1.2,因之装环套内圆直径d必须大于活塞环缸径0.4左右)。造成活塞环装在套筒内开口两端不能与套简内圆面密切贴合,有一定的间隙,由于活塞环是薄壁零件,虽然加工中端面上施以一定的压紧力,用较小的吃刀深度(0.12~0.2),但是在加工过程中仍然避免不了变形。剩余变形及加工应力的积累,严重发生开口两端附近失圆现象,一般表现为开口两侧漏光。针对上述的质量问题,我们进行无塞片装环套筒的结构设计方案试验,通过二年多生产现场使用,
