根据百色水利枢纽防洪任务的要求，通过论证制定了百色水库的防洪调度规则，采用多种方法放大设计洪水过程，用设计水平和实际系列两种方法计算防洪库容，并进行成果分析。认为百色水库的防洪库容采取１６．４亿ｍ３是能满足防洪任务要求的。
According to the requirement of flood control task of Baise Water Conservancy Project, the flood regulation rules of Baise Reservoir are established through argumentation, and the design flood process is enlarged by many methods. The flood control capacity is calculated by design level and actual series, and the result is analyzed. It is considered that the flood control capacity of Baise reservoir should take 1.64 billion m3 to meet the requirements of flood control tasks.
