儿科护士在患儿治疗中起着重要作用,发挥着医生第二助手的作用,把治疗过程中的病情变化及时有效地反馈给医生,或及时解决患儿的意外变化,同时,儿科护士还发挥着患儿直接代言人的作用,把家长不易察觉、观察不到的病情变化及时向医生反映。儿科护士还是患儿家长的教育者、指导者,医患、护患关系的调解者。为分析如何培养高素质儿科护士,阐述了儿科护士在儿科医疗中的重要作用及护理工作的现状,提出需提升护士素质,并从八个方面针对性地说明了培养高素质的方法和途径。
