防腐方法大致可分为两类。一是对材料的控制,二是对环境的控制。耐腐蚀材料和涂层、电镀属于前者,缓蚀剂处理层属于后者。每种防腐方法都各有优缺点,没有万能的防腐方法。应根据实际情况,加以选择。缓蚀剂是通过向腐蚀环境投入少量控制金属腐蚀的药剂,来防止设备和管道的腐蚀。其效果不仅受金属表面状态,也受水质、水温、流速等环境因子所约束、本文就碳钢管道的防腐、溶解金属对腐蚀的影响和环境因子对缓蚀剂效果的影响加以探讨。
Anticorrosion methods can be broadly divided into two categories. First, the material control, the second is the control of the environment. Corrosion-resistant materials and coatings, plating belongs to the former, the latter belongs to the corrosion inhibitor treatment layer. Each anti-corrosion methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, there is no universal anti-corrosion methods. Should be based on the actual situation, to be selected. Corrosion inhibitor is to prevent corrosion of equipment and pipelines by putting a small amount of metal corrosion control agent into the corrosive environment. The effect is not only affected by the surface state of the metal, but also by the environmental factors such as water quality, water temperature and flow rate. In this paper, the anticorrosion of carbon steel pipe, the influence of dissolved metal on corrosion and the influence of environmental factors on corrosion inhibitor are discussed.
