社会是在不断发展迅速变化的,作为社会人的我们在生活中已经离不开高速公路了。但是伴随而来的则是高速公路上发生的各种重大交通事故,而且往往都造成了多人伤亡及经济遭受巨损,于是高速公路交通事件更是日益受到人们的关注。本文对各类交通事件及其处理流程进行了探讨,着重研究高速公路出现气候异常、交通阻塞、车辆故障、交通事故、道路出现灾难等情况。通过对交通事件应急处理流程的研究,最大限度地发挥高速公路资源的功效,为我国的高速公路运输事业起到一定的推动作用。
The society is constantly evolving rapidly. As a social person, we can not live without the expressway. However, the concomitant accidents are all kinds of major accidents on the expressway, which often result in many casualties and huge economic losses. As a result, the traffic accidents on the expressway are attracting more and more attention. This article discusses all kinds of traffic accidents and their handling processes, and focuses on the highway abnormal weather, traffic congestion, vehicle failure, traffic accidents, road disasters and so on. Through the research on emergency handling procedures of traffic accidents, the effectiveness of expressway resources can be maximized to play a certain role in promoting the expressway transportation in our country.
