为为确保安全运输生产,近年来长铁总公司管内各站段均实行了干部安全包保办法,这既是落实干部安全责任制,强化班组管理和生产现场控制,确保安全生产的有效手段,又是密切干群关系,增强企业凝聚力的有效载体,对安全管理工作具有积极的促进作用。现对如何做好干部安全包保工作提出几点思考。
