患者男,61岁,因右腰部、下腹部痛1年,复发6天入院。患者入院前1年,不明原因出现右侧腰部、下腹部痛,诊断为右输尿管结石,给予体外冲击波碎石治疗1次,碎石后排尿时未见结石颗粒排出,未复查B超或KUB。6天前,再次出现右下腹痛,为间歇性痛,不伴恶心、呕吐,不伴肉眼血尿,尿意明显但排尿不畅,无畏寒、发热。患者为就进一步诊治来本院。患者
