目标管理作为一种现代化的科学管理方法,改革开放以来,在我国的不少企业和地区得到广泛应用。目标管理的基本含义,就是将一定时期内的工作任务和工作目的转化为目标和指标的形式,以此来规范,约束人们自觉地为实现目标而工作。在卫检单位实行有偿服务,经济活动日趋频繁的情况下,笔者试图就如何在国境卫生检疫财务工作中运用目标管理的方式作点讨论。
As a modern scientific management method, goal management has been widely used in many enterprises and regions in our country since the reform and opening up. The basic meaning of management by objectives is to transform tasks and purposes of work within a certain period of time into forms of goals and indicators so as to regulate and constrain people to work consciously to achieve their goals. In the case of the implementation of paid services by health inspection units and the increasing economic activities, the author attempts to discuss how to use the target management in the border quarantine and finance work.
