技工院校的学生是一个较为特殊的群体,在班级管理过程中,班主任面临的管理责任较大。为此,在班级建设管理过程中,班主任更应该注重对学生实施心理方面的引导教育。技工教育发展到今天,心理健康教育已经成为一种管理教育学生的有力工具。技工院校的学生由于其本身的特殊性,往往会产生一些心理和行为上的问题,教师可适当运用心理学知识,对其进行一定的管理和引导,如此可以收到事半功倍的教育效果。
The students in technical college are a special group. In the process of class management, the teacher in charge of class faces greater responsibility for management. Due to their particularity, the students of technical institutes often produce some psychological and behavioral problems.
