目前,在我国农作物秸秆资源丰富、合理利用率较低,为了有效利用秸秆可再生能源,该研究以玉米秸秆为研究对象,采用磷酸活化法制备吸附制冷用活性炭。根据制备的粒状炭料进行了亚甲基蓝吸附量的测试,研究了玉米秸秆制备的炭料的活化机理、产率和吸附性能,并采用正交试验设计的分析方法对活性炭性能影响的因素进行分析,提出了制备粒状玉米秸秆活性炭的最优工艺条件:试验用磷酸质量分数55%、固液比1∶3、活化温度450℃,活化时长为3h。
At present, the straw in our country is rich in resources and low in reasonable utilization rate. In order to make efficient use of straw renewable energy, the study takes corn stalks as the research object, and prepares activated carbon for adsorption refrigeration by phosphoric acid activation method. According to the prepared granular carbonaceous material, the adsorption amount of methylene blue was tested, the activation mechanism, the yield and the adsorption performance of the carbonaceous material prepared from corn stalks were studied. The factors affecting the performance of the activated carbon were analyzed by orthogonal experimental design, The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of granular corn stalk activated carbon were as follows: the content of phosphoric acid was 55%, the solid-liquid ratio was 1: 3, the activation temperature was 450 ℃ and the activation time was 3h.
