鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤是罕见的恶性肿瘤,可发生于任何年龄,但多见于10～40岁,无性别差异。我科1979年～1987年收治4例。例1,男,39岁。因右鼻反复出血一年余伴鼻塞二月余入院。近20日以来同侧面部隆起及同侧上牙列疼痛。体检右鼻腔见一表面呈灰白色、质地软、触之易出血的新生物。右面颊近鼻侧隆起约3cm×2cm×2.5cm。质地韧。右眼球向前上突出。右眶下缘变钝。副
Nasal olfactory neuroblastoma is a rare malignancy, can occur at any age, but more common in 10 to 40 years old, no gender differences. My department from 1979 to 1987 admitted to 4 cases. Example 1, male, 39 years old. Due to repeated bleeding in the right nose for more than a year with more than 2 patients admitted to the nasal cavity. Ipsilateral facial uplift and ipsilateral dentition pain since nearly 20 days. Physical examination of the right nasal cavity surface to see a gray, soft texture, easy to touch the new biological bleeding. Right cheek near the nasal uplift about 3cm × 2cm × 2.5cm. Tough texture. The right eye protrudes forward. Right infraorbital margin blunt. vice
