本文分析了应用HOAP方案治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病278例的疗效,其中成人239例,儿童39例。应用本方案获得完全缓解者167例,完全缓解率为60.1％。M_3与M_1的完全缓解率较高(分别为71.4％和67.5％)。为了确保较高的完全缓解率,疗程中高三尖杉醋硷的每日剂量宜较高(2～5mg),此外,还须严格注意消毒隔离和积极给予支持治疗。
This article analyzes the application of HOAP regimen in the treatment of 278 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia, including 239 cases of adults and 39 cases of children. Application of this program to obtain complete remission in 167 cases, the complete remission rate was 60.1%. The complete remission rates for M_3 and M_1 were higher (71.4% and 67.5%, respectively). In order to ensure a high complete response rate, the daily dose of Cephaliutan should be higher (2 ~ 5mg). In addition, strict attention should be paid to disinfection and isolation and active supportive care.
