海岸工程基准面高低虽然不影响工程的实施与效果,很明显,启用一个基准面之后就意味着树立了一个高程系统,它将长期在当地起作用并带来广泛影响.半殖民地社会的中国,由于记载含糊而混淆使用,给海岸工程的设计和施工造成事故的事例是屡见不鲜的。本文根据海岸工程使用基准面存在的问题,提出了以黄海水均海平面为海岸工程的基准面并讨论了从旧有各基准面过渡到统一基准面的有关问题。
Although the level of the coastal engineering bench surface does not affect the implementation and effectiveness of the project, it is clear that the opening of a reference plane means that an elevation system has been established that will have a long-term role in the local area and will bring about a wide range of impacts. In semi-colonial societies, It is not uncommon to find examples of accidents that have caused the design and construction of coastal projects due to vagueness and confusion. In this paper, based on the problems existing in the use of the reference surface of coastal engineering, this paper proposes a method of using the average sea level of the Yellow Sea as the reference for coast engineering and discusses the issues related to the transition from the old reference planes to the unified reference planes.
