各种海洋结构物所受的波浪效应,大体上是正比于海况的强度和波列中个别大的波高的。因此,长期以来海洋工程是以某一累积概率的波高的重现期作为海洋结构物的设计标准。然而,某一设计波高和不同波周期的组合对各类海洋结构物的波浪荷载、从而对结构物的尺度都有十分显著的影响,谷本胜利等计算了在一固定的换算深水波高H_ο~′=7米的情况下,改变有效波周期T_s=9—16秒时,所要求的直立防波堤的堤宽(见图1)。可以看出,选最长的周期就需要非常大的设计断面,对其他形式的海洋结构物,波浪荷载随周期的变化规
The wave effect on various marine structures is generally proportional to the strength of the sea conditions and to the individual large waves in the wave train. Therefore, marine engineering has long been regarded as the design standard of ocean structure with the recurrence of wave height of a certain cumulative probability. However, the combination of wave height and different wave period of a certain design has a very significant influence on the scale of the structure due to the wave loading of various types of marine structures.
