为了解脑蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)时脑组织内微量元素的变化规律,对一组Wistar大鼠SAH模型进行了实验。经颅骨钻孔-注入自家血方法建立了SAH动物模型,对不同时间内颞叶脑组织的微量元素进行了测定,测定经由原子吸收仪完成。结果:锌在实验后持续性下降,而铜则呈上升改变,锰、镁、钙实验后均有上升,但增高发生时间、程度及持续时间均不相同。
In order to understand the changes of microelements in brain tissue during subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), a series of SAH models in Wistar rats were studied. SAH animal model was established by drilling the skull - injection of own blood, trace elements in the temporal lobe brain tissue were determined at different time, and the determination was done by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: Zinc decreased continuously after the experiment, while copper showed a rise and change. The contents of manganese, magnesium and calcium increased after the experiment, but the time, extent and duration of the increase were different.
