103型色谱仪的 FID(氧焰离子化检测器)在使用中常见故障之一是,点火线圈点火时,因高温而使发射极的固定脚氧化锈蚀、松动及电极表面形成的氧化薄膜弹起或脱落,结果信号输出不稳。解决措施是用金相砂纸对锈蚀部分打磨,再重新安装。为了避免出现此故障,平时应采取预防措施,点火后立即切断电源;控制气体流量和进样量,减少火焰对电极的烘烤。在结构上,可将点火线圈改为图(b)的结构,而点火线圈的固定脚可如图(a)所示加以延长,电极材料改为不锈钢。
