40.涡轮流量计中的涡轮为什么会停转?如何检查? 答:涡轮停转的原因常见的有: (1)流量计装在管道上以后,轴向受力,此力传给导流器,将涡轮夹得太紧,以致停转; (2)大量纤维缠在涡轮上, (3)轴承被磨损,以致轴和轴承之间有垃圾侵入,从而轧死涡轮。检查的第一步是证实流量指示积算器上无指示也不跳字时,究竟有无流体流过流量计。检查方法很多,例如可以关死V_2,打开V_2、V_4。如图7所示,让流体经流量计流出,若此时流量计不指示也不跳字,则表明流量测量系统确有毛病。
